In the unlikely event you have received a product that is no longer frozen—a delivery matter—is no longer vacuum sealed or correctly wrapped—a packaging issue—or does not possess the tenderness or taste you have grown to enjoy—a quality issue—we ask that you reach out to us so that we can obtain the product from you and replace it at no cost to you. Because we strive to always improve, obtaining and diagnosing a substandard product is necessary and we appreciate your understanding in this requirement.
