One-Quarter Beef - Deposit

$500 deposit towards one-quarter beef. 

Your final price is calculated at 7.75 per pound of the hanging weight of the cow.  Processing, butcher and kill fees all included in the pricing.  Our average cow hangs around 700 pounds and therefore a quarter bulk order is around $1,356. 

We will provide you with our custom cut sheet and walk you through any questions you may have during the process.  Depending on your cut selection, we may be able to fill the order promptly; however, special cuts not in stock may require waiting just a bit longer for the next butchered cow.  Typically, we butcher several each month, so don’t fret, the wait isn’t long.
