Rump Roast

Our Grass Fed Beef Rump Roast is a beef roast cut from the hindquarter muscle of cattle, typically from the bottom round or rump area. This region bears a lot of the animal’s weight, so the meat is lean and robust-flavored, especially from our 100% grass-fed and grass-finished cattle. Grass-fed rump roast has rich, savory beef character with a firmer texture compared to more marbled roasts, and it rewards low-and-slow cooking methods that break down connective tissues and build tenderness and flavor.
