Porterhouse
The porterhouse steak is a large, bone-in steak cut from the rear end of the short loin, featuring two classic steakhouse cuts in one:

A tender filet mignon (tenderloin) on one side of the T-shaped bone

A robust, flavorful New York strip steak on the other side
This combination gives you the best of both worlds — buttery tenderness from the filet and bold, beefy texture from the strip. Compared to a T-bone, a porterhouse has a larger tenderloin portion, making it an even more luxurious cut. Since our steak is grass-fed and finished, it has a clean, deep beef flavor that is also leaner and rich in nutrients like omega-3s and CLA, and highly prized for its natural flavor.
