We accomplish our mission through thoughtful, careful selection of our cow family genetics specifically chosen to provide a superior tenderness and flavor profile. Because of this dedication we have taken an extra step in production and have partnered with a boutique USDA certified processor to age our beef prior to processing and packaging which produces the tenderness and amazing flavor we enjoy and we know you will as well.
